| DiFlumeri has completed her second year as Operations Manager of the New Jersey Ironmen.
Before joining the Ironmen, she was the Finance and Operations Manager for the Newark Renaissance House where she
oversaw the budgets and operating expenses for the non-profit organization. Prior to that, she spent two years
as a consultant to the operations department. She was a member of the team that coordinates all of the fund raising
events, among them the annual I-Care Awards dinner. |
| DiFlumeri had also previously worked as the Team Operations Manager for the New York Power
of the Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA). She created and managed the annual team budget, reconciled all
expenses, assisted in the review of salary cap provisions, coordinated team and staff travel itineraries, and she
worked with management on team policies. |
| Her duties with the Power capitalized on her prior experience with Event Transportation Associates,
Inc., in California. She developed and implemented the operations plan for the 2000 Democratic National Convention.
That also included the transportation of over 10,000 delegates and media to and from hotels within the greater
Los Angeles area and the Staples Center. She was also responsible for a staff of over 200 people. |
